Charitable life insurance

This is the scenario:
Some a 501c she and I met with them. They have an interest in charitable life insurance as well as keyman for the two directors. I asked AP for guidance in regard to census and or conference call. It is not as complicated as I thought it would be however I’m assuming we will need a sample letter to solicit from donors. I don’t want to jeopardize the organizations daily operating expense if we look to solicit Charitable life insurance for long term payout.
I need your advice.
